read a book = buang tebiat bca bku mlm2,org dh ttup lmpu lah,rosak mata nnt =,="


smile = senyum dah..hmm,bole la tahan


deep breathing = x mau,nnt semput


interact with animal = dah,tp diorang x paham jiwa saya! sedih!


watch cloud = sy sedih tgh2 mlm ni,dlm bilik pulak tu.x nmpak awan lah.huh!


meditate = meditate tuh mknenye duk diam sorang2 ea? jiwang mlm2,tambah sedih kot,huhu









dah abes sume cara yg ade dlm list atas tuh..sume x kena jiwa. sedih ni...mungkin dlm list tuh ad trtinggal bnde yg pling pnting..taqarrub ilallah..ye,itu yg dicari2 dikala hati gundah gulana.."..ala bizikrillah
